The FOSU Business School is home to the intellectually interesting and academically remarkable business faculty. The sixty-nine full time faculty members with specialized skills and knowledge, among which there are five professors, twenty assistant professors and forty lecturers, offer a diverse and inspiring array of courses, seminars and research projects that enrich students' vision and knowledge and contribute to local social and economic development.
At the same time, the School has been enthusiastically strengthening its faculty quality by recruiting internationally educated talents and by providing opportunities of advanced studies. By now there are eleven faculty members with international Master's Degree or overseas academic experience. More than fifty teachers with Master or PHD degrees, along with those undertaking their doctoral programs, have contributed to achieve academic and educational progress.
In recent years, the School has strived to assemble and nurture a faculty to whose interests and skills complement each other, that is close to practice, that creates a deep understanding of business through its research, that teaches with skill and passion, and that can work well together.
The Business School have been improving working conditions and mechanisms for its faculty in the belief that a young and academically outstanding faculty team with rich teaching, practicing and researching experience can continue to educate generations of those who will shape and contribute to every industry in a challenging, rapidly changing world.
