The School has 71 teaching and administrative staff including 64 professional teachers among whom there are 8 professors, 18 associate professors, 36 lecturers and 3 assistant teachers, the teachers with senior title take 40.6% of the all. There are also 6 doctors, 8 doctor candidates and 42 masters, and the teachers with master degree or above take 75% of total teachers. And the teacher team includes 4 master supervisors and 3 evaluation experts of project proposal on provincial social and scientific program who are retained by Guangdong Social and Scientific Program Bureau. The School's teachers are from different
places and different universities respectively including Renmin University of China, Jilin University, Nankai University, Wuhan University, Zhongshan University, Sichuan University, Ji'nan University, Henan University, Zhengzhou University, Xiangtan University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science & Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, East China Teachers' University, Northeast Teachers' University, Central China Teachers' University, Shanxi Teachers' University, South China Teachers' University, Hunan Teachers' University, Central China University of Science and Technology, Party School of the CPC and Staffordshire University.
