	This undergraduate program aims to offer students with fundamental theory, knowledge and skills of computer science and technology who attempt to work at the field of computer application and development for research institutions, education units, enterprises or organizations and administration departments as senior professionals. Students will also be educated with wide-ranging knowledge and strong practice ability for future career. Graduates will master methods for applying and designing computer software on a solid basis, so that they can comprehend the development tendency, stand on the cutting edge of computer science and have the ability to administrate and develop application systems. This program runs for 4 years and graduates will be awarded the degree of bachelor of engineering upon graduation. Main courses including: Electronics and electrical circuit technology, numerical logics, computer organization, architecture for computer system, programming, data architecture, principles for telecommunication, operating system, principles for coding, computer network, graphics process and model identification, software engineering, AI, computer graphics, etc. The program now has professional laboratories which are classified to the fundamental laboratory for computer science, the principles for computer organization laboratory, the AI and knowledge engineering laboratory, the integration technology of software laboratory, the database technology laboratory, the application of computer network laboratory, the model identification and graphics process laboratory, the system architecture laboratory, the information office for computer science etc. The total laboratory area of the department adds up to 1095 square meters.
