	Mr. Fan Yanbin, dean of the MIES. He is in charge of the administration of the MIES. Also he is responsible for construction of subjects, specialties and teaching staffs and administration of personnel affairs, as well as office and financial affairs. Mr. Li Wenhui, ecretary of the general branch of the CPC at the MIES. He is responsible for the affairs of the general branch. Also he is in charge of affairs of the adult education, the labor union, the comprehensive treatment and the family planning policy. Mr. Ye Shulin,vice dean of the MIES. He is in charge of affairs of education and laboratory construction and administration. Mr. Yang Zhaohua, vice dean of the MIES. He is charge of affairs of scientific research and management of graduate students. Mr. Lao Zhaohan, vice secretary of the general branch. He is in charge of overall affairs of the students.
